• Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers you provide when signing up or signing in (including via Google).
• Content: the prompts, spreadsheets, formulas, and files you create or upload.
• Billing data: subscription plan and billing metadata. Payment card details are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store them.
• Usage & device data: log data such as IP address, browser, timestamps, and product-usage events used to operate and improve the Service.
• Communications: messages you send to support@cellworks.app.

• Provide, operate, and secure the Service.
• Generate spreadsheets and AI output you request.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send transactional emails (account, billing, security, product updates you opted into).
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

We use trusted providers to run the Service. Their handling of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• AI model providers — process prompts and content to generate output. Prompts are sent only to fulfill your request.
• Cloud hosting & database — host the app, database, authentication, and file storage.
• Email delivery — deliver transactional email from notify.cellworks.app.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

We keep account and content data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax and billing records).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@cellworks.app from the address on your account.

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), scoped access controls, and authentication managed by our cloud provider. No online service is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own by us or our subprocessors. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in-app or by email.
